Eligibility
BCA      - 10+2 in any stream
DCA      - 10+2 in any stream
PGDCA - Graduate in any stream

As seats are limited, admission is offered on the basis of merit list in the entrance test.


Reservation
Reservations are given as per rules applicable in state Govt. to SC/ST and OBC candidates. But entrance test is must for reserved seats as well. If sufficient numbers are not available in reserved category, the seat will be offered to General Candidates.


Duration of the courses
 BCA       - 3 years (6 Semesters)
 DCA       - 1 year   (2 Semesters)
 PGDCA  - 1 year   (2 Semesters)


Enrollment
For BCA it is necessary to Enroll as a regular student of this university after the submission of the previous Transfer Certificate (TC) for admission confirmation. A student of BCA is not allowed to join in any other regular courses of any University


Entrance examination
The entrance examination papers are 1-hour duration, which mainly test the logical and
Analytical abilities. There is no negative marketing


Teamwork
Computer education being a professional study, a student is expected to complete all the programs, practical, teamwork, assignments and project work, class tests as per the instructions. Unsatisfactory performance in these activities shall detain a student from appearing in the university examination


Discipline
The student is expected to maintain strict order and discipline in and out of campus. All the students are governed by the rules, ordinance and regulations framed by the University and amendments effected from time to time.


Attendance
Every candidate shall have to attend minimum 75% classes in all theory and practical. No claim shall be entertained if the attendance is less than 60% and candidate may be detained or even terminated.


Transfer
Students admitted to one institute will not be transferred to another institute until and unless there are sufficient reasons to transfer. Students are also required to produce NOC from the previous institute in case of transfer.


Examination
The University solely conducts the examination. The University does not entertain any interference of the institute. The University follows Semester pattern. Minimum 40% marks are necessary for individual subjects. However the overall aggregate marks must be at least 45% so as to pass.
