Dr. Basole has a teaching experience for Undergraduate and Post Graduate students in structural Analysis for 35 years. Awarded 7 Ph.D and more than 100 M.Tech students. Published More than 50 papers/articles in the National and International journals. Awarded number of prizes for publications. Worked on utilization of fly ash, low cost housing, and rigid pavements. He was in charge of institutional Construction for more than one year at Hirakund Dam project. Member of Professional bodies like: Fellow Indian Institute of Engineers (India)-F2288, Chartered Engineer Institute of Engineers (India)-F2288/4C, Fellow Indian Water Works Association of Structural Engineers and association of Consulting Civil Engineers (India) to name a few.
